Refund policy

Returns
Our returns policy lasts 14 working days from the date you receive your items. we will not accept any returns after this time has passed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, simply use the Contact us page of the website to do this.

- Downloadable software products

 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Any returned items may take up to 21 working days to be refunded back to you. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact us page on the website.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
Upon receiving an item and you notice it is damaged please notify us within 24hrs using the Contact us page. We only offer exchanges for damaged items. The time it takes for you to receive your exchanged item will vary depending on where you live in the world. 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Make sure you receive a proof of postage as we cant accept responsibility for missing parcels, we advise that customers use a tracked service when returning items to us. Please note Grizz Phys can not be held responsible for items 'lost in the post' when returning your items to us, in the UK allow 3-5 working days for the items to reach us, allow 7-14 working days for worldwide delivery to us. if your item is suspect to being 'lost in the post' please allow up to 28 days for your item to reach us if after this time we still have not received your item refer to your tracking number if the item is missing then you will have to contact the courier you used to begin the refund process.
