Created by one of our strongest members of the team, the Op Iron programme emphasises the use of hypertrophy training through a multitude of compound movements that target multiple muscle groups in each session, moving away from traditional bro splits style training. 
This approach maximises strength gains while promoting muscle synergy and reducing injury risk. By incorporating fundamental lifts such as squats, deadlifts, bodyweight exercises, and a mix of CV elements, participants can develop a balanced physique and enhance their overall strength capabilities.
