Aimed at those wanting to improve functional fitness to either compete, increase strength and endurance, develop new skills or enhance flexibility and mobility to further develop complex movements.
The Programme incorporates 5 Strength Session per week, 2/3 WODs, conditioning sessions and active recovery periods.
Each new 6 to 9 week training cycle will see the introduction of new movement to further the athletes capability and skill set.
Expect initial movements such as introduction to 'Toes To Bar', 'Power Cleans' and 'Rope climbs'.
For this programme you will need access to a functional fitness gym, however alternative exercises can be implemented if required.
