The 8 week plan offers a easy to follow structure to optimise the runners efficiency and effectiveness either on the track or for specific personal goals
The package delivers the total milage for each week, specific paced runs with easy to follow colour coding for effort levels, when to implement stretching protocols and specific warm up drills prior to each run

Before completing the programme the athlete must be able to run 5k within a sub 30 minute time frame

No equipment or gym membership is needed, only a watch and a pair of decent running shoes are required
