The core aim of the program is to build aerobic capacity, with a strong emphasis on running performance an essential component of all military physical testing. Alongside endurance training, participants will also focus on developing upper and lower body strength as well as core stability, ensuring a well-rounded foundation of fitness.
This targeted approach directly enhances proficiency in bodyweight exercise movements such as push-ups, pull-ups, and sit-ups, which are fundamental across all levels of military assessments. In addition, the program introduces structured strength training, not only to boost overall performance but to support longevity and aid in injury prevention.
