The Grizz Phys 'Corpus package' has been implemented as a means of enabling any individual to hold and continuously improve their physical performance without the use of equipment
The 42 day package is designed specifically for personnel on deployment and those with no facilities to utilise. Each day contains an indepth routine with tailored warm up and cool down protocols for each individual workout, with added stretch sessions for recovery periods
Aim: Improving cardiovascular performance and muscular strength,with further aims to improve the athletes flexibility, range of motion and balance
As an extension on the package and for those wanting more of a challenge, plate carriers can be implemented into any of the sessions.
