As an advanced version of our Conditioning Tiers, the Tactical athlete programme is to only be attempted on completion of the Tier 1 conditioning programme, to ensure the individual is to the required physical standard.
Based at further enhancing the cardiovascular system and muscular endurance the programme will also implement the plate carrier sessions, compound lifts and a mix of AM and PM sessions directed at Calisthenics style strength routines, interval training and agility work.
Enabling the individual to achieve a more robust and tactical capability.
