Incorporating a mix of conventional lifts, Olympic lifting and Strongman movements, the new Grizz Phys Strength & Conditioning Programme is designed to increase the athletes maximal strength output (1RM) in a variety of movements
The Programme also offers AM and PM sessions, with designated Conditioning workouts to increase the athletes cardiovascular system (engine building)
With specific warm up and cool down protocols and programmed deload week, the Programme will ensure the athlete is working at their maximum level.
BEFORE:
Before completing the programme the athlete will need to find their 1RM (1rep max) in the following movements:
•Bench Press
•Deadlift
•Back Squat
•Front Squat
•Clean
•Clean and Jerk
•Snatch
•Push Press
•Strict Press
For those not yet competent in Olympic Lifts, the programme can be changed to Power Snatches and Power Cleans while refining the techniques needed.
