Strength and Conditioning Programme


The Purpose of the programme is to increase the individuals maximum strength output / the maximum force the body can exert. (for example the individuals one rep max).

The programme also aims to enhance the individuals muscular endurance, conditioning the body for high intensity weight bearing exercises throughout the weeks. 

Due to the programme being based off personal percentages of the individuals one rep max for a series of exercises, we recommend starting the programme with the free one week taster package.
